Same problem as everyone else. They claimed the cost would be $29.99, that became $39.99 on my debit card. They offered to refund the additional $10, saying that I must have accidently ordered the "privacy" pack too (ridiculous). Within 5 minutes I was angry and wanted a full refund. They insisted on connecting remotely, which I would never allow ... from anyone. 8 days later, they have stopped email contact and so far no refund of anything.
I managed to cancel the deceptive recurring subscription, with SafeCart (another fake company front for PC Cleaners) that was never mentioned prior to purchase, and I will initiate a chargeback tomorrow in addition to cancelling my debit card, and having a new one issued.
I've since fixed my machine and have no more traces of PC Cleaners anywhere.

I was wrong about safecart.com being associated with pc-cleaners.com, but I cannot figure out how to edit my original complaint. Please take this follow-up as an official edit.
