I got a call from a lady claiming to be from Microsoft Tech Support. I was then put on to an Indian guy who said my computer was going to crash and that I needed this anti virus software. This guy put on a big act saying that I really needed this software as my computer was unprotected. I was told to leave my computer on while the "updates" took place. My credit card details was given in a form that I had to fill out. I was also on the phone to these people for an hour.
