We were looking for a website which offered address change services. when we came upon. myaddresschange.com. they offered to change my adrress for a low convenient fee of $9.95. So i proceeded to do two seperate transactions for my husband and myself, and they evven offered me a confirmation page with a confirmation number. Til date, I have still not received my updated mail as promised. Help me , what can I do. they do not offer any phone number nor customer service help.
