OK, I get that people were charged $49.00 or $98.00 or whatever, so I know it's fishy. My question is this: Was anyone able to USE the website for it's intended purpose to find a Rent-To-Own house to live in? I've been calling people on the phone and in some instances knocking on doors, there has to be a better way, but R2O is a new market it seems, or at least one we've gotten away from.
If you read their Terms & Conditions they DO SAY that they will bill your for the $49.00 upfront in addition to the $1.00 trial charge. Now if you can't cancel or don't get your money back, then THAT'S a problem. If it's worth the money, then I have no problem paying for it if it's helpful. Now, has anyone actually found the website useful or been able to locate a place with it?
