I was recruited to work for a Carlos Represas of Logistics-PL complete with website, http://logistics-pl.com. The email he responded from was [email protected]. So did a Paul Bergman. Anyway, I was to receive parcels, inspect them, and send them by paid label to their destination. I did this for a month and was told to receive a paycheck by 7/18/2011 in the amount of $1500.00. During so, it came to my attention that whenever discussing legal matters, Carlos was unresponsive. He couldn't remember the contract we agreed to terms on. The website even had a login site to verify the process of receiving the parcels and shipping.

  • May I ask who the contact was? I even called a so-called Sales Manager and she told me her credit card was compromised over 2 months ago.

  • The contact was Carlos Represas the whole time. He called for the phone interview but the contract said that the main person was David Phillippi, Director General. I had asked Carlos ten times to stop the packages from coming since august 4th 2011, and he kept sending them. When I told him I was not shipping any more packages, he started to threaten me with a lawyer and stopping payment on my hard worked check. So this company needs to be stopped. I am going to the post office and reporting all of this as well.

  • Mine was also Carlos Represas. And rarely a Paul Bergman. Those sales managers are people who had their credit cards compromised. I kept every invoice removed from the parcels I sent off. Every email conversation by myself and Carlos. You're lucky to have never gotten paid. If you cashed that check, it would've come up fake and the deductions would come out of your account. Send a complaint to Better Business Bureau and ftc.gov/complaints. Tell them all about what happened at Logistics-PL.

  • Thank you, I will report it to them, I am currently shipping the packages here back to where they came from, I have to pay UPS to take them back for me. I cant believe this company wont be shut down. I just hope they wont keep sending me packages because i told the company to stop at the beginning of august and they KEEP sending them to me.

  • Even after the 1-month probation??? You can refuse them. Thing is they'll go back to the person that sent them. Not the place of origin. Contact a "Sales Manager" for reference if you have the invoice(s).

  • Well the issue that they they leave the packages on my step so i cant refuse them if they leave them. UPS wants to charge 20 dollars to come pick them up. Its rediculous

  • Yes, it took me all day to get a prepaid return label from best buy, now i need to want for 2 labels from GNC and hopefully i wont have to deal with logistics pl anymore.

  • By all rights, you can actually just drop them. I had one parcel sent back to me from a location that refused it, then Carlos printed another label for a DIFFERENT location. Not very consistent with the first location. Remember, he's never paid for any of these.

  • Oh, they are. But until we get more leverage, we'll do what we can. I just can't believe law enforcement turned me away on this note. That's okay. I was always told those in numbers will prosper. Keep me posted. I'll do the same.

  • I cant believe that law enforcement turned you away, Logistics PL is stealing credit card info and purchasing merchandise to ship over seas which they obviously dont have a license to ship those products. I hope the BBB gets in contact with me soon. I will keep you posted. :)

  • Yes I am trying to get employment as well, he has not contacted me since he threatened me that one day. He said if i didnt keep shipping all the packages he will have a lawyer call me and he will send me a bill for the total amount of what didnt go overseas. I havent heard from him yet lol.

  • He can't sue you. There's a loophole. When a product is sent back, it needs to go to the point of origin (the facility it came from or the "Sales Manager"). The second paid label I received went to another location overseas after the first destination refused the package. Did you keep track of the packages on usps.com?

  • He especially cant sue me if his items are purchased by stolen credit cards. I found out that he isnt in Finland, that number for his cell on the website is a landline from New York so someone needs to stop him. I have all the slips of every package he ever sent me, in case he tried to pull some shadey stuff and i suppose i was right lol

  • yeah they are very sneaky. I tried to ask amillion questions before i started Logistics because I like to be very thorough. Carlos barely answered my questions and I kept looking into the company. But then they wouldnt stop sending me the packages, they were harassing me.

  • i am soooooooo glad i came across this site here. They now are called Logistics-ART. i just received my contract from them that they wanted me to print and sign to get started. my gut just didn't settle well with everything. i wanted to know more about the company but couldn't find much when i goggled it. i've been looking for work now for a year and i need something with benefits and stability for my children not something that can hurt me more. thank you all for the information. you have saved me from a terrible situation. i just emailed them telling them i know long am interested in the job offer.
