i recieved a message on my machine at home advising to get a attorney and to call the law firm back now!! he stated that i was being suied and this matter was time sensetive and if i did not call back then all he can do is pray for me and wish me goodluck.so,i called back spoke to a keith nelson at 1-305-407-9781 he said i have 1 hr. to go to a walmart and get a green dot money pack,pay $891.00 for a pay day loan i defaulted on with his company us cash i said i did not take a payday loan out but he yelled and cursed at me and said if i did not do this and call him back with card number, that a team of investagators will be at my work within 24hrs. with a bench warrent to arrest me and i will be in jail up to 12 months and my bail would be $3,000 or up to $8,000 for fraud charges etc...charges!! i was terrified at first so i called my local police dept. they have since come out to take a report on this,and the sherrif called that number in front of me, they answered and put him on hold,big surprise!!so,now this law firm (aka) ass***** are calling my house and talking very rude and sexual to me and my boyfriend!!im calling state attorney generals offices and FBI on monday!!they want to play,let's play,they r disgusting and evil people.BEAWRE of this scam!!DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY!!lets stop them!!i can't believe this happened i feel so violated they know all my personal info!!scarey!!!
