I ordered a emerald and diamond ring for 1800.00 they said it would take 4 weeks to make the ring, my credit card was charged on 3/3/2011 for the 1800.00. Six weeks later the ring arrives and I did not like it so I returned it, I insured with UPS and I expected that my card would be credited. I then ordered another ring for 265.95 on May 5,2011again my credit card was charged. In June of 2011 my credit still did not show a refund for the returned emerald and diamond ring. The second ring did not arrive, we are now at the end of July and no refund, I wrote a letter and said that they received the emerald and diamond ring and that someone named Johnathan had signed for it, no responce I went to UPS and they printed out the receipt for me I sent this to Direct Shopping network again no response. I wrote to my credit card company and asked for their help. The Direct Shopping Network finally decided to refund 1800.00 they are charging me a 15% restocking fee, I don't think this is fair since they took so long to refund my money.
