I applied for a loan over the internet through a random company. The website did not indicate anything in it's terms about there being a fee for the application. However, when I checked my bank account, there was a $30.00 fee from Capital Advance, LLC in my account, which caused an overdraft. So, not only did I get charged the $30.00, I also had to pay overdraft fees. I went back and read the terms policy again, and still could not find any verbage stating there was any fee connected to the application.
