- This also happened to me. I just got off the phone with them and they gave me a return authorization # which will get me a partial credit. This is a scam big time. When I ordered the “free trial” in March (pay only for shipping) I didn't see where it says (or claims it says) that after 14 days I would be charged the full price for the 2 products. Had I known that I never would have ordered this bogus product. They billed me 2 days after I received the "free trial" and I didn't even have time to try it. I just happened to check my Visa account online when I saw the charges. I called them right away and was told that when I rec'd the 2nd order I would need to call them for a return #. I never rec'd a 2nd shipment so I called back today to request the credit to my account and that is when they told me that a 2nd shipment wasn't sent but that the charge was for the trial order. You don't actually get that for free you have 14 days to try it (but not really 14 days because that count the 14 days from the day it was ordered) and then you can return it for credit before 30 days have passed. I have to return the trial product for credit (with a $12.00 each restocking fee) What B.S. I will fight this. You need to call them to complain @ 1-888-891-0613. The person I spoke to is rather difficult to understand & I got him both times I called. Call and complain as often as you can.
