I saw the Lean Slim advertised and I opted for the trial of £ 3.99, on 31st December they took £3.47 from my bank account then again the same day £2.96 again the same day £1.99 came out twice from my account when I contacted them they could not give any answer, it took me ages to get through they could not explained why, on 18/01/2012 £57.95 and then again on the 19.01/2012 £57.11 came out off my account.

I did not received the products and to date still waiting 4 months down the line, I told them I was not interested and I wanted a refund but to date still have no refund and no product.

I waited and waited and it never arrived, eventually one bottle arrived which was the trial a month later money came out of my account then I started wondering what happend as I only signed up for the trial, I contacted the company and was told that I should of read the small print which I did and it clearly stated that it was s trial.

I was told that I would not get my money back.

I am so fustrated That I am out of pocket of £125.47 and no product but the trial bottle, just to warn People when you see any product and it says trial do not bother with it as it is false.

I need to know how I am going to get my money back.
