I received the same scam as the others posted from a Canadian postmarked envelope from Commerce Investment Group in the UK. That I also won $150,000 with a check for $3,980.00 from a company called Polyair with a routing number of 071923022. Almost had me but I do check things like this. Way to burst you bubble on a Monday. Could have used it since I have been out of work since 2/24/2012.
