called on 04/12/12 to obtain a vin hiastory report for 2.95, did not work the first time tryed again and then tryed to login and it would not allow me to called the number provided they were rude and stated I need to wait an hour for the system to reset so i waited an hour tryed again to find out that the vin showed no mathches tryed again with the same vin # and then told me that acct was disabled to call cust svc I did once again and was told that i needed to wait an other hour i asked tp speak to a supervisor was told they had no supervisor available then I asked rep if i was going to get other charges and instructed me that this was a one time fee of 2.95 and no other charges would be made unless I requested another vin search for another vehicle here not even 2 weeks later i see a charge for 29.95 i called upset and spoke to a broken english rep that said he could not do anything but would cancel and gave me a confirm # but i stated i did not authorize this charge i asked for a supervisor and was told AGAIN no supervisor was available and then tryed to tell me i needed to download a form to request a refund i was on the phone with him as he is trying to get to site i told him there is no website to download from and calls me a liar because he was on the website to download i asked him one more time to tell me website as im on the phone typed in letter for letter and nothing on my end asked for a supervisor again ...was told supervisor was not available was on other calls ...
cancelled my card and waiting for a call back
TOTALLY PISSED OFF !!!!
