I was talking to him on line for almost 3 months, he said he is a civil engineer who has contract cleaning the pipelines in Switzerland, showed me picture of the project they were working on thelocation is surrounded with water, and said he is so sick, needs medical treatment, as a Christian my heart goes out to him, feel sorry for him, he said they got paid only after the project is done, he asked me to send him cash, through Western Union, I refused the first time, he went to the city to get the money, and I told him I need an address, he got so upset, cursing me, made me feel guilty, he said he slept under the bridgee got pneomonia, so I sent him the money finally, promised to pay me back as soon as he came back in Mcalester, Oklahoma, and never talked to me again.
