I looked on this website to purchase some Phentramine. they appear to be a very honest and legit online pharmacy. After placing my order for $165 (along with 2-3 day shipping) I expect to receive it by the end of the week. Here i am, almost 2 weeks later and I haven't received a thing. No email with tracking number or anything. I sent an email to the "customer service" and tried to call their "toll free" number. It goes straight to a message service and then says that the mail box is full and can not receive anymore messages. I'm so afraid I just lost all that money. I really wish there was someway that I could get the auhorities involved.

  • GS Labs has the best customer service in the online space. Private message me your name and order number and I will personally make sure this is handled. Customer service is #1-866-731-7319. The only time they don't answer is after hours or weekends. They return ALL calls and emails. To clarify, it is Phentarmine. Online Pharmacies do NOT exist. What does exist are natural alternatives to prescriptions to mimick the effects and it is what you'll ALWAYS find. You'll want to find one that has good customer service and that is GS Labs. You will not simply lose your money. GS Labs product is advertised every where online. As their part time online reputation rep, I get to know the inter workings of their customer service department. It is POLICY to never withold someones money if they demand a refund. You may have to deduct restocking fees as it is a financial loss to them for people who end up with buyer's remorse. THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU. In fact, I am more than willing to keep this thread alive until you see your refund. I fear that you already have been refunded, yet this post will remain. Please respond to this as soon as possible. You WILL be refunded for any unopened bottles.

  • I just am wondering what kind of company this is. I just read this complaint and the response. Now I'm reading I may not get APIDEX but a natural alternative??!!! I have gotten 2 emails, one confirmation and another "shipping" with tracking numbers. Most smart people would think this was sent. After several attempts to find out where my order was, I got a response by Natalie which to me sounds like nonsense! Why DID I get a tracking number only to tell me it has NOT been sent yet "due to the volume of orders!" I am also concerned about the "do not contact bank to resolve billing issues"!!! WHY? If I don't get a product that I was charged for and was told it was sent out almost a week ago...then tell me why shouldn't I? If this product is not the real thing I thought I bought then therefore I don't want it! I'll pay a doctor and get better service and truth! Beware of this site!

  • Why would you think they are sending ADIPEX when they are promoting their natural alternative to Phentermine. It's written AND PROMOTED all over the website that it is an alternative. You CAN NOT get prescription drugs over the internet!

    When GS Labs is experiencing large order volumes, they prepare the packages as soon as the order is placed to lessen the fulfillment time. So, when the package is prepared a tracking number is generated and automatically emailed.

    The reason the statement is there to not contact the bank first, is because you will get your issue resolved MUCH quicker if you actually deal with GS Labs Customer service. They can issue a refund MUCH quicker than it takes for a charge back to go through, which can be months! Most customers claim there is no way to contact. That is FALSE. Phone number and email is provided on all sales receipts which is generated AND emailed automatically by the ordering system. Their phone service is opened during normal business hours, and if you have to leave a message, it is returned. All email inquires ARE answered.

    Again, it is company POLICY to refund customers who demand it less the shipping and handling and restocking costs.

    You will NOT get any better customer resolve from any other online diet pill store than you will with GS Labs. It's your responsibility to follow through with them if you are not satisfied.

  • I too seem to be getting scammed by these people,ordered a product,they took my money straight away,then sent me an email informing me 'my order has to be approved' shouldn't they wait till they've 'approved' my order before taking my hard owned money?
    When I emailed them asking about this,I got a generic response which also told me not to email them back as my email would 'get lost in cyber space' Why on earth wud a return email get list in cyberspace?? It was from the email address they gave me to contact them!
    I sent another email informing them that I was unhappy with the service and wanted my money back,they promptly sent me a reply telling me my order has been cancelled and my money refunded.The next day I receive a bogus shipping number! Iv emailed them yet again asking what's going on an got another generic email back,will I sed my money returned??

    Diet media,here is my order number 189036720 Laura Gallagher,if ther so saintly I expect you can personally see I get my money back if so I'll happily apologise to the company on here!

  • Ahem...waiting for the apology, but of course there is none. Your order was refunded TWO days after you ordered. We checked the gateway (credit card source) and it's been confirmed. Depending on your bank, it can take several days to post back to your account. By now, I'm sure it has. Your silence after this will confirm that.

    Regarding "approval", we don't manually approve or disapprove orders. You don't need approval, but you may be referring to your credit card actually going through. I see in order notes that your credit card failed the first couple of attempts.

    Regarding the service, what about it made you unhappy? The fact that you received an email about your order being shipped, which is automated by the way and not individually hand written, means that your order was in the processing line after postage was paid and printed. The fact that it was still canceled and money refunded means that someone had to go through the HUNDREDS of orders to find yours.

    Regarding the generic response, yes DO NOT REPLY to that address as it is the address used for AUTOMATIC notifications and can not receive incoming mail.

    AGAIN tracking numbers are not bogus if they do not pull up right away. They are generated when postage is PRINTED, not sent from the post office. SOOOOO, when you cancel in between this time, it can still be stopped from shipping. Another effort we put in place instead of telling you TOO late the order has been shipped (when it hasn't left the building yet) like all other companies do. Again I must emphasize the reason they don't is because you would have to go through HUNDREDS of packages ready to load in order to find it.

    All of this said, WHY on earth is this labeled as being a Scam?
