I very stupidly also fell for this, as I thought I would try out the "free 14 day trial" offer. The wording on the ad stated that the PuraSilk would work best if applied at the same time as the LiftSerum Pro, so I clicked on both. However, I did read the terms and conditions, after I "bought" them so as soon as they arrived, I phoned PuraSilk and did speak to a sales person who agreed I could keep the sample as long as I was willing to pay the 74.95GBP, and cancel the automatic monthly membership. When I tried to contact the LiftSerum Pro it became a bit more serious as their address is dubious (it has been a scam address before it seems) and the phone number was constantly busy. I did receive an email from them when I ordered the trial pot and have emailed them but just in case I have cancelled my credit card so they cannot take money out. So far I have only been charged the postage for both items. I cannot risk these companies taking such huge amounts of money out of my account every month and feel I was mis-sold these samples as from reading other people's experience I think is what they do best. funny thing I cannot find any reviews on LiftSerum Pro on the internet, only their adverts.Pu

PLEASE, what number did you call when contacting their sales ? I try to call from Europe, but looks like 00-800-9005-0010
number they state on their site, is not working for me ? Should I also add some country code in the beginning ? Thank you -

- When I ordered the Life Serum Pro.It was advertised as a free sample .After taking the initial sum for P&P they then took £84 from my bank account. I did receive a full size bottle from them. I tried to contact them but to no avail. I contacted my bank to cancel any more payments after they took another payment of £89. My bank returned one of the payments and I thought that would be the last I heard from them! This morning I have just received another bottle of this so-called serum! Now what do I do? I haven't opened either bottle neither do I want to. The return address is in the Czech Republic. Do I send them back to that address or the one in the USA? The only other thing that I will probably have to do is cancel my debit card. Any other ideas?
