This company processes credit cards. My contract specifies that I will only pay a $5.00 fee the months when I do not use the service. I am enclosing documents which show that they have consistently charged me fees which are no where stated on our contract. In addition they will not cancel the contract even though they have changed the terms of our agreement unless I pay a fee.
I am being charged bogus fees every month and the only way to stop it is to close out my bank account. I cannot find anyone to help me stop them. I am

I'm glad that I'm finally finding reviews online about this terrible company.
Everything that was mentioned above has happened to me too, and I have also been unable to get help in stopping them.
Basically, as a warning to all potential customers who want to sign up with Prolific Business Solutions, please note:
-They are not a legitimate company. (This is how scammers work to steal your money.) Prolific Business Solutions is a scam!
-They debit strange “fees” directly from your account without authorization. It's absurd that they can get away with this.
-They employ deceptive sales representatives who lie to get you to sign a contract – then do not adhere to their promises.
-I realize now it's much better to go with slightly larger companies who care about rules/reputation.
-Be very careful if you go ahead and decide to use this company.
The ironic thing is that I did research this company before signing on but did not find anything. People need to speak up if they are being scammed because it will prevent others from being lied to as well. -
