I ordered an item from a tv advertisement. On my bank statement there was a charge I did not recognize. I called the Phone # and was told to go to a web site www.programstop.com..I have no idea what I was charged for. But, an interesting thing did happen & I reported it to the company I DID order from. The day after I had placed my order I received a call telling me that they needed my debit card # again to verify thr shipping date.I told them no, I had already given my # when I ordered. The person said 'thank you' and I then hung up and called the company I had ordered from and told them what had happened. They said they would look into it.
