I was signed up for some service and was unaware, and did not authorize. I had ordered an item off the television, I was sent some "try free for 30 days" offers - which I called and cancelled. I went away for 2 1/2 months, January 30 to April 11. I get on my computer and see these charges for 29.95 a month so I called the number on my statement and the office is closed. The recording told me to go online to ProgramStop.com, which I tried but there was trouble with the website. I will keep trying. The name of the company on my credit card statement is WC *Savings.
