I was looking at on-line loans and my attention was brought to this specific site because it offered a much larger amount of loan than short term payday loans and depending on how much you wanted to borrow it gave you a significant time to repay the loan. Showed a chart with the time frame to repay. It said that a payment of 100.00 was required for them to E-mail me the Lender information I needed to obtain the loan I was looking for. This is also what they stated and I will relay this in quotes. " If you apply to the lenders for a personal loan or line of credit, you will be approved for up to the amount you request or we will reimburse your fee based on the amount you are actually approved for collectively from the lenders. If a client is due a refund we will send it to them right away." So I pay them the fee and I get a list of financial institutions to apply to. Some I could apply on-line and some I have to call to find out where their nearest branch is to where I live. Im really starting to not like this process. Anyway I did everything that I thought I was required to do to satisfy this service and I was never offered a loan from any of these lenders. You can call Custom Credit Services but they do not offer phone support so the recording tells you to go to their web site and contact them through an Email with your questions. Or go to Frequently Asked Questions. I Emailed them and told them I applied to some of the lenders, but I was not aware that I was going to have to seek out Bank Branches in my area and physically go to these banks and fill out loan applications. I wanted my money back. The replies to all of my Emails was this, "We have received your Email and we would like to inform you that your questions have been turned over to our customer care dept. and they will contact you within 24 hours. I never got an answer from Customer Care or anyone else. I knew that I had been scammed. Please Help!

unable to send you my bank statement where it shows my account was debited for this. If required let me know and I can send it to you through the mail
