This is for anyone thinking of Trying the so called acne medication"Proactiv".My advice is"DON`T DO IT"!!! This is another big company who wants nothing more than your credit card information.There sales reps seem to be under pressure to never accept any persons request to cancel there monthly shipping program.They will do everything possible to keep you from saying the word cancel and then follow through on it.I gave in and took a 6 month hiatus on shipments instead of cancelation .Two weeks later They took my money out of my account and sent the shipment anyhow-HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!I made the big mistake of thinking I could trust this famous company-WRONG.Once you do get shipments, there is no exact address to return the unwanted product.And if you think you can contact them on their website,again you will be greatly frustrated-there`s always glitches in the E-mail.AND then the joy of calling customer service. I hope you are capable of speaking and understanding languages other than English,because the person on the other end of the lines ability to speak and comprehend what I was saying was Deplorable.I returned the unauthorized shipment to the post office and sent a letter to their Iowa office weeks ago-NO REPLIES-NO REFUND-and the best part is that,for me anyhow,the product is worthless.Never give them credit information,don`t believe their commercials,and there should be no "Pro" in there name.How about "CONactiv'?
