The service represents that they have articles from national newspapers that can be accessed on their site. I registered and was unable to find ANY articles that I was seeking. I have numerous clippings from well known papers...NONE were on the site. They have no customer service department. The phone number has a message machine. The only way to communicate is by email. They will not refund my money.
