I purchased The following products: Bioken-Enfanti natural remedy shampoo & conditioner; plus the owner was hanging over the counter telling me to try , just try speaking to husband laughing in there native tongue; making it very un-pleasant for me . I am a 60yr. old senior with many health problems & I always trusted her opinion , she made me feel like a fool. so I also bought the third product; also by Bioken called, Camu-Camu Texture cream. I broke out in large hives and was ill from the reaction. I bought these items on 4/5/12 , 3 days later I go in to return they said," Read sign, we don"t accept return items." i would have exchanged it , but wouldn't do. Now I want what I paid plus damages. Please help me , people should be kind to each other. Thank You.
