the claim is that u dont have to wait for anything in the mail to start monitoring loved ones. made the purchase, downloaded, and try to set up to my cell phone. it download then did nothing. no contact info. there is a support address that doesnt work. when i read the fine print for refund, it says that all sales r final, even after reading that there was a money back guarentee good for 30 days.
