I went to my bank on 11/04/2012 to withdraw money from my bank account and was told I could only withdraw 9.00 I said my money has just gone in to my account, the clerk said that i have two withdrawals and i replied i don't think so i have no direct debits or standing orders so how can this be, she replied there is nothing that can be done until we know who is taking the money out of your account. so on Monday the 16/04/2012 i went back into my bank and they told me the two companies that have taken the money out of my account as detailed above and that i have to contact these people but i am having trouble doing so and i want my money back as i have not authorized any of them to take money out of my account nor have i received anything from either company and i only see it fair that i get my money back.
