i BOUGHT THE FAMILY PACKAGE LAST YEAR ON APRIL 17, 2011, BECAUSE MY SON WAS GOING TO NEW YORK ON BUSINESS FOR AN INDEFINITE PERIOD OF TIME. WE HAVE A LARGE FAMILY AND DECIDED WE COULD ALL TALK AT ONCE OR JUST SOME OF US ON SKYPE, WORKED JUST FINE!
HE IS BACK NOW AND I NO LONGER HAVE NEED FOR THIS PACKAGE ANY MORE. SKYPE WITHOUT ASKING JUST CHARGED MY BANK AGAIN A YEAR LATER, I HAVE BEEN TRYING EVERYWAY I CAN TO GET IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE TO CREDIT BACK MY BANK. NO PHONE, NO EMAIL AVAILABLE, IF SOMEONE CAN HELP, PLEASE EMAIL ME AT "(Personal Information Removed)". THANK YOU, JUDI EDWARDS
