I bought a $45.00 bid pack of 100 bids - they added 25 more. I used the 25 and they are still whole with my 100 bids. I just got my credit card statement and called to request a cancellation and reversal of the charges for the $45.00 bidpack. They said no. And then babbled about a gift card and then it gotridiculoud. There is no manager, no supervisor, no corporate number, no CEO and no refunds. So I said - okay - how about I pay you for the 25 bid pack ($15) and you reverse the charge of $45 on my CC. OH no. those bids don't count. I have not yet called Discover but I told them I would do so. The legal issue is they are whole. The sold something I did not use and they are the better for $45 dollars. That cannot be legal.It was done on Mar 29 on the Internet and today I spoke on the phone which makes it a federal issue. There is no postage or handling or merchandise. They have the virtual merchandise and the $45.00. In fact when I first called they had the wrong email address on the account - so I would like to know what is up.
