Signed up for their credit management plan. The deal was that the first $662.00 would be refunded when I completed the program to pay off credit cards at a lower rate. This was completed in July of 2010. I never recieved the refund voucher. I contacted the BBB, the Florida Consumer Affiars and the Attorney General. They have since said they would pay in full to all the THOUSANDS that lost money. Then they defaulted with the Attorney General. They took them to court and now we that filed a claim are starting to get a split settlement. My first one was $35.00. The letter from the AG said it is not done yet in trying to go for the full amounts but we would have to get our own lawyers to finish this. The second installment is due in September.

Some people lost Thousands and thier credit was destroyed. Mine was dented but repairable. Still this company is in business in Florida and making money on us. They kept money and never paid the credit cards for some of these people.

I stayed on them and although my payments were late, the credit cards did send a negative note to Equifax, Transunion and the other agencies showing late payments.

So, credit fraud, false advertising and still in buisness?????

The AG is still pursuing full payment but they said at some point we are on our own to collect.
