I received an unsolicited call from a Kevin Zapata from Fast Loans America. He stated that I had been approved for $1000. I told him if I was going to get a consolidation loan it would have to be for $7000. He put me on hold and said no problem. All I needed to do was go to Walmarts and buy (3) Visa Pre-paid cards.
Load two of them up with $250 and the third for $200. Following that call him back at (813)398-0231 ext 454 and give him the numbers of the cards and within 24 hours my cards would have the $7000 on them for use. I went to Walmarts and was immediately told that this was a scam and to get out of it ASAP. This criminal has all of my personal information. When I called and told him what had happened he stated that if he had wanted my money he would have already had it. He told me his company was in Tampa Florida and was backed by the Better Business Bureau. He became very angry and hung up on me.
