placed an order for 130m +10% yesterday on 4/15/12, they asked me for a photo of my ID and credit card, to verify my identification, I gave them the pictures, blocking out the rest of everything on both of the cards. They were very friendly, until they said they were waiting for the supplier sorry for the delay. 3-4 hours later still no word from them so I reported the claim to paypal. 1000mil sent me a email minutes later saying "this is the manager please come to live chat" with a link to their chat. They told me to meet the supplier who was waiting at the schetchiest place in RS for the transaction and while the trade was opened, they told me in the chat to close the dispute and they will tell the supplier to accept the trade. Upon closing the dispute they closed the trade logged out of the game and havent answered me since. Today i called paypal explained to them how they told me they would ship the item to me when i closed the dispute, and they reopened it and escalated it for me. Chances are i am beat out of my hard earned dollars but it was worth a try. At this moment, the seller must have provided some feedback because it went right from "waiting for other parties feedback", didnt question me about the transaction, right to "being reviewed by paypal" the step right before they make a monetary decision.
