I received several phone calls from Caroline at Fifth Avenue Timeshares, New York. After her insistence and assurance that the money was refundable if they didn't sell my timeshare, I signed and faxed them the contract and paid with a CCard. I never received information about the advertising of my timeshare nor updates. Caroline disappeared and when the year was up, their fax couldn't go through. they don't answer their phone, the mail was returned and now I'm stock.
