Istarted last year. I made very clearthat i was new to this type of work as well as computers. Itold them that i needed "extra help" and was reassured that would'nt be a problem.Well getting ahold of anyone was next to impossible.Either you got a recording of sorts or the person you were speaking to could'nt help and would redirect you to another number often times you''ll come back to the same number you originally called! I unfortunately got suckered into this "coaching program". It cost me $2495.00. When i told them how unhappy i was and was requesting a refund she got extremelt defensive!! She first LIED saying i could'nt get a refund because iwas past some certain date![Ilater found out this was a lie from someone else in the company].She also made up a rediculous lie saying that i put her name on the internet complaining about her!! Which i never did! I left many messages demanding a refund and even threating suicide cause i was so depressed about all the money that was stolen from me! When i finally got ahold of her, we did reach some sort of a refund.[$1542.00-which i recieved $1500.00.They thought they had better steal $42.00]Now this agreement was made before i had known that i had a one[1] year plus 6month refund agreement!! She LIED!! I did sign an agreement but i STRONGLY feei i was scammed duped and made a complete fool over this whole thing!!Since she LIED saying that i coulnt get my money back that contract i signed is nulled!! This happened over a period of several months.This was extremely mentally exhausting for me.I absolutelt regret ever getting involved with this garbage!! This jerk should be behind bars!! He is a SCAM!!!!!!!
