Got the sample trial for a few pounds. now they have credit card details and sending monthly charges of £69.90. This has actually cost me more due to it pushing my overdraft over its limit and ensuing fees. Please help!!!

- HI there, same story with me, debited my account for £69 and £74. Phoned them and insisted on RMA number, eventually got one after much obstruction. Also spoke to and filled in charge back form for my bank. Eventually got full amount back in a refund. Be extremely firm with them and tell them if they do not give you an RMA number you will speak to your solicitor. They seem to understand nothing less than a direct threat. Good luck!
