I ordered a set of sennheiser ie7 earphones from valucase.com. i received a set of fake earphones on the 18th of february. i sent an email to customer service and they told me i would receive a proper set of earphones and an envelope to send back the others. It never came. i checked back with them at the end of feb. and i have not heard back from them dispite the plethora of emails i sent to them.

- This is a false report. A competitor is trying to damage our reputation. Every product we sell comes with a 30 day money back guarantee and we stand behind all our products.

- This report is not false and I am no a competitor. I have proof of purchase and email correspondence from maya in their costomer service department stating the earphones were not from the normal supplier and they would send me some new earphones and an envelope to return the old ones. I would have no problem with the company otherwise. Here is my email address for you (valucase) to contact me and get my home address. [email protected]. My confirmation number for the original order was C15114645E.
