This company misrepresented everything they pitch in the interview. During the interview your expected to dress professional. As you are waiting for the interview you see a bunch of kids come in in just polo shirts and jean shorts doing the job for a summer gig. Management tells you there is alot of potenial for growth but its a lie. A normal day is after a 30 minutes group interview your are all packed into vans and brought to numerous towns all over connecticut and westchester new york. They drop you off in a neighborhood and tell you to knock from door to door hoping you will get people to agree to window estimates. As if that isn't miserable enough. The commission for this job doesn't begin until you have gotten 5 estimates each week.
