We were passing by a Dead Sea Premiere Spa Boutique in Cross Iron Mills Mall, Calgary, when a beautiful Israel lady approached us and offered to take home a small piece of a handmade soap. We chose the smell we liked as she commented about dry skin of our hands and said that it would take only a few seconds to show us something. Then she quickly applied some salt scrab and made us wash our hands, applying the lotion afterwards. She also filed my nail and used a buffer to make it look shiny and healthy. Then she made a trick by saying that this nail care kit costs $80 but she is giving me a present of a second box (it is a gift from her). I also somehow was made to buy facial mask and hydrating emulsion for $172, although I had no need to buy them. Today I was shopping with my friend and we saw the same kind of nail buffer for only $7! I was very upset, because I paid for the same kind of product plus a hand and couticle lotions $80!!! I cannot understand why their products are so expensive! Why did I pay $120 for a mask, whereas at Origins I could buy for only $26!!! The Dead Sea Premiere's sales management is not honest and transparent. Another HUGE fact is that they do not offer any return policy and DO NOT mention that during the selling process. This is an amazing fact that I noticed that only today, four days after the purchase, because I was planning to take the items back to the store and happened to read my receipt! I feel roped and lied to!!!
