On 4/10/12, I was on the internet, a message came upI won this package, I was excited but when I told my friends and family, they all said it is a scam and I have been fooled. I immediately contacted my bank and reported the matter. I called the customer # and spoke to Chris, I told him I want to cancel the package and he asked me if I thought it was scam. I told him all i want to do is cancell the package because it is costing me more than $5000.00TTD. He still insisted on how good the package is and offered to refund $400.00USD on the package. I told him send me an e-mail as proof and he did send me it. I printed it and took it to the bank. I still was not feeling comfortable so I sent an E-mail giving reasons why I wanted to cancel and I was within my 30days cancellation period. I got a response by e-mail from Mr. Kenneth Branch stating that they are able to accomodate my request as I am within my 30 days from purchase date. They told me to call Quality Assurance Department or an agent will contact me to reach a resolution. I did call and told them I just want to cancel this vacation package and they again offered to give me a further refund of $300.00USD. On 13/4/12 I got a call and spoke to an agent named Shane, He gave me his badge # as 2304. I explained my situation to him and he told me I am now getting this offer for only $198USD and now for a three year extention and all I have to do is take part in complimentary presentations so that when I come back to Trinidad I would encourage other persons to take this vacation. I am still feeling so unsure about this whole thing. I told him to send an e-mail stating that the package pricehas been reduced to $198USD, which he did, I printed out everything and took it to the bank so that they will follow up and do the searches. We are now waiting on the bank to contact us and if the money is not refunded then we will take action.
