As everyone else, I thought I was buying one VIN look up for $2.95 and low and behold today there is a charge for $29.95 which I didn't authorize. I am worried because the phone number listed does not work and there is no email address to get in contact with them. If I can't figure out how to get in touch with them, I talked to my bank and will have to close out this account which I've had for many years, and open a new one.
