I purchased a cell phone from the company metro pcs and when i purchased the cell phone i was given forms to submit for a rebate in the amount of 30.00 dollars i mailed the rebate and a copy or the recipt for the purchase of the cell phone in a timely manner i never recived my 30.00 dollar gift card so i contacted the company and they told me that i sent the rebate off to late well i demanded that they send me my rebate this is the second time this company has done this to me i never recived the last rebate from when i purchased three phones in the past so i demanded that i get this rebate and i let the company know that i was going to file a report with the bbb so the company then replied in a email requesting copies of the rebate form and recipts from the telephone i purchased so i sent all this information again i still havent recived my rebate i have been emailing metro pcs asking for my rebate they just keep apologizing but they will not and have not sent my rebate i recived a email stating i would have have to wair 42 days it has been 110 days since the last date i was given.
