In short; They market a product that does not work. They do not respond in a timely manner. They did a webinar and had a "live demo" (supposed to be from the people online, but never heard them say anything about choosing the person) of how good the product worked. Hind sight, it was staged in my opinion. I have been asking for a refund and here are my replies;

1)Hi Dean,
Your refund guarantee is valid for 30 days, you still have plenty of time to test and make money with Black Box, and it can cover your debts.

Here is one of my many emails to them;

To Whom It May Concern:
I’ve been really nice up to this point. I have asked you multiple times various things from “How To Do” something to “Missing” parts (buttons etc) / about the coaching (which by the way it sucks, because you do not coach) and never, wait I don’t think you saw or read it NEVER answer ANYTHING. You will say make it full screen when it was (even though the button in question that is missing was in the area shown) and then never give a way / or what to do since the button is not there. I could go on and on, but you do not get it.

4) Here is what caused me to take this to the limit...

As You can see I get a lot of lip and no result or refund...
