International boundaries

National Consumer Rights Group, Inc out of Orlando, Florida is a fraud company and do not do business with either Terry A. Beden or Kimberly D. Beden. First the address is a UPS store in Orlando and not a real office. Second the owners have multiple arrests and many, many, many judgments and lawsuits against them. Terry A. Beden has a prior arrest in Oregon for child molestation of a 9 nine year old little girl. Google Terry A. Beden Oregon and read for yourself the sick report


This company claims to help you get rid of your mortgage legally, yea right. Also claims to be a company that can get you out of timeshares legally. They will take your money and then never return calls or emails other than to tell you they will return your money and then that never happens also. Also used the check is in the mail line on me too.



Please stay away from this company and Terry A. Beden and Kimberly D. Beden. A simple google search of either one of these names will prove that they are both lifelong criminals and thieves. Please do not make the mistake of me and people before me who have given money to these leaches on society.



Kimberly also uses the last name Kimberly D. Dijames or Kimberly Dijames-Beden and Terry has a few googles with that last name also. They also have companies named Home Pharmacy, Inc and Care America Partners, LTD. Both these companies have their share of complaints also.

Also they ran scams in state of Oklahome where they have documented problems with state.

This dirtbag is still at it out there scamming people, so please take my advise and do not send him or his wife a dime. It will never be seen again.

  • Update on this fraudster and his company National Consumer Rights Group, Inc out of Orlando, Florida. Do not do business with either Terry A. Beden or Kimberly D. Beden as they still have never returned the money they promised to send even after I settled with them on a lower amount. Many times he used the check is in the mail line on me or that he was going to the bank today to wire the funds. They also quit taking my phone calls and emails. He was arrested in Oregon for Child Molestation and arrested in other states too for his scams and wrongdoings. His scams have been attached to other states where he has resided or otherwise set up shop like Tennessee, Oklahoma, Oregon and Florida. Last I checked he had an open warrant for his arrest in Florida. This guy claims he runs a legit company, but fact is he stole my money and has numerous complaints and filings against him via a simple Google search of his name or company name. His company claims they can get you out of your mortgage or time share, but he himself has had his own house foreclosed and been kicked out of houses he rents. How can he help you if he can't help himself. Once again found this information through public records in state of Florida. It is your choice if you want to do business with Terry Beden, convicted felon, or his company, but I strongly suggest you don't throw your money away as he will just steal it.

  • This is an update to this report to make sure more people do not fall victim to these scammers and crooks. Terry A. and Kimberly D. Beden aka as Kimberly D. Dijames have been running scam businesses for many years. A simple Google search will show you and is probably how you found this. Please do not fall prey to their scams. They go after victims that are already down on their luck and looking for help and that is when they pounce. They will take your money and give you nothing in return other than excuse after excuse before they just quit communicating altogether. Please be aware that they may have changed the name of their business as this report was hurting them, so beware when dealing with Terry or Kimberly Beden aka Kimberly Dijames of Florida. Other businesses associated with them are America Home Pharmacy, Care America Partners and Card Payment Resources. I do not have any dealings with the above three businesses however they are registered by Terry and Kimberly Beden.
