well what can i say about reachout wireless! there a ghetto behind phone company! rather it's goverment releated or not they are garbage. so where do i start? well for one they send you shitty free phone, the phone i have has a bad battery & when they sent me a new one free of charge that battery is 10 times as bad as the first one. i have a flip phone through reachout wirelss & i have to charge it 5-7 times a day becuase it drains power fast with the unlimited talk & text plan! now i can understand if this was a smartphone but it's a freakin flip! & to make it worst! when i closed the flip part of the phone it shuts off & starts back up again! but the main problem i have with these fuckers is that my unlimited plan is due on the 16th of april 2012 & they switched it back to $250 free mins?? i'm like wtf? & when i try to call & reach them i can't get through! but that's ok thats what happens when you use a cheap jackleg phone company like reachout! if you read this & read other complants from reachout wireless on this site do not get this jackleg company! they are full of it & there service is crappy! so you have to pay more just to get a better phone? look i understand your not gonna get a fancy phone but who the hell wants a phone with a cheap battery & no camara? i have more complants so look for my other complants soon!
