Southwest Airlines was offering two flight tickets if I filled out a questionaire and purchased 3-6 (?) items on their list. I filled out the ZBiddy website form as one of my choices. There was no mention that it cost $60 for a membership until after I had filled in my credit card # and other personal information. Not only did they take the $60.00 for one membership but billed another $60.00. They appeared to be a legitimate organization with many well known references. But in the end it was a scam. I bid on two items which I did not win. I have had to cancel our credit card so they no longer have access. Our bank is supposed to contact ZBiddy to reverse these charges but thedebits still show on our bank statement. I have tried but there is no way to contact ZBiddy except by a non-human automatic website that informs me they have no record of my membership. Additionally, my bank then charged us with $116.00 in overdraft fees b/c of the two debits. I hope you can help me. In these economic hard times $236.00 is a lot of money. Thank you, Nell Pace
