I was home for the holiday weekend and I was on my computer and came across DealFun.com. They gave you a free trial to see how it worked so I played. I decided to purchase $99 package of bids. I played, strategized, etc.....and ended up winning an Android Tablet. On 12/24 I received confirmation of my win and an email from buySAFE guaranteeing a secure purchase. Problem is this guarantee expired 30days after purchase date (interesting)!

1/5/2012 I sent an email to let DealFun know that the "shipping status" had not changed on my item. It has said "received" since 12/26.

1/8/2012 "Chris" responded with the following:
We are sorry to hear you have not received your items yet. I can confirm the item was dispatched on Dec.27 and as it is coming from our global warehouse, it can take up to 21 days to arrive.

Your tracking number is CUE111226LPZ000724 and can be tracked using the following link:

http://www.ec-firstclass.org/

If you have not received your items by Jan.17, please write back and we will re-ship the item at our cost.
In addition, we have also credited your account with 15 voucher bids for the inconvenience.

1/19/2012 I sent another email inquiring about the Android Tablet that I had won and had not yet received.

1/22/2012 I received a response from "Samantha" stating the following:
It seems they may have been lost in transit. I have gone ahead and re-shipped your items at our expense.

Please allow 21 days for delivery. I have also credited your account with 25 voucher bids for the inconvenience.

2/16/2012 I send an email to Samantha to let her know that I still have not received the item. (received confirmation that they received my email but NO RESPONSE)

3/16/2012 I send another email stating that I would either like the item that I won or my money refunded.

4/12/2012 I go to follow up and when going to their website I find that DealFun is closed but that you can still contact them at [email protected]. So I go to email them one more time and the email is undeliverable.

I also just realized that I received the following email on both of these dates, 1/25 & 1/26/2012 . So 3 days after they say they reshipped it, they then say that I will not be receiving it and instead of refunding my $MONEY$, they decide to credit my DealFun account with BIDS....UNACCEPTABLE. This message came from a different email address and I overlooked it.
