I ordered a free sample and only had to pay the shipping by debit card. I received the sample. Even though I didn't order anything else, 2 weeks later I got another charge put on my credit card of $106.98.

- Actually if you read the terms and conditions it states that if you do not want to continue then you have to cancel otherwise it will automatically join you up for membership after 2 weeks. You should read these things before giving your card details away!

I'm in the uk. I did order my free sample in the same way. I waited 26 days before mine arrived. The same day they took money out for the next order. I phone america from uk to find out what was going on. I was told on the phone that because I was so far away he cancelled my order game me a number for each of the 2 items. told me to wait till they arrive and send them back with the returns numbers on. I waited 4 weeks and nothing. So I phoned them again this time I got a uk number to ring.Only to be told that they couldn't refund me because i've not sent the goods back and cancelled in the time limit. I then went on to re-explain that I already cancelled the order so they couldnt have been despatched. I want a refund. As I kept saying. I did manage to get a 50% refund as a gesture of good will. Still not happy having to pay for something I didnt have.
