I purchased the Advanced African Mango and Meta introductory bottles on line. I never received the products yet they proceeded to take money out of my credit card. After phoning the US, on the customer service line, they said they would resend the products even though I said I just wanted my money back. They said they would resend them as I had to have a product to return before I could get a refund. After numerous emails, I still have not received any products after first ordering in December 2011. They have since cancelled the account and no more money is coming out of my credit card but I am having trouble contacting them to get the money refunded back to me that has already been paid
