I checked out a penny auction site and it requested c card info in case I won. The next thing i knew there was a charge for 99.00 on my c card.I called zbiddy and told them about it and wanted my money back. The man told me that i would get 260 bids and if i didn't win an auction they would continue to reload my account with 260 bids until I actually won an auction. I decided to try it. The very next day I had trouble logging on and when I called cust svc. I was told the "free" bids had to be used within 24 hrs. And would only reload once. I demanded for the third time to refund my c. Card when I threatened to call my ccard company and report fraud as I never authorised the charge they finally agreed to refund. I will call bank just to make sure. Also the "penny" auction is very misleading as your penny bid actually costs. 60 cents it adds up very quickly. The auction I was bidding on went on for six plus hours as the auction kept resetting I finally fell asleep after 4:00 am. Watchout for this website.
