I purchased movies from this company in July of 2011 according to their records but have been charged $9.95 each month on the 21st beginning in December 2010 and ending on April 6th, 2012 when I called to ask about the charges on my credit card. I asked them to cancel my supposedly membership they said I had.I asked them for a refund of the Total amount of $159.20. the first refund was for $19.90. I called them again. They then refunded another $39.80. On my third call i informed them that I would pursue this matter until I received my full refund of $159.20. Their representative then told me if I wanted to make any further complaints to write to the company at Best Brand Values, P.O.Box 810366, Boca Raton, Florida 33481 which I intend to do.
