Upon reviewing my account, I noticed a charge for $1.99(checkcard). When calling the telephone number listed on that charge; the recording reveals: it states no phone line support - on line business. It then refer you to a website and email address that you play back numerous times and still can not understand. Something needs to be done.

- Was checking my bank balance online and discovered a $4.99 charge from SW_MAIL_BIZ. THE CHARGE WAS FOR RENTAL OF A MAILBOX IN WISCONSIN. WATCH OUT FOR THESE KIND OF CHARGES, AND PLEASE CHECK OUT THIS SITE.
