This morning i was called suddenly by:J
John Cooper
Personal VIP agent,

USAGC ORGANIZATION
Costumer service: +001-888-283-6165
Office # 1793
14781 Memorial Drive
Houston, TX 77079

He explained to me the procedures about the green card. I have been asking for a green card and sent my resume and all personal details earlier to the official site of
US Citizenship AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES.
He talked 1 hour and i had to pay with creditcard 1153€. I was overwelhmed and i agreed.
Now i saw it has to do with the lottery, i think, but te worst part is that i don't know the reliability of this person John Cooper.
I t felt good and reliable and i trust him.
later i saw some complaints in this side:
I make the "deal"undone within 4 hours and today i send back the packet; Sir Cooper don't react and stole my money

  • Hi Willem!I'm sorry but USAGC is definitely a scam. The only DV lottery official website is www.dvlottery.state.gov . It's FREE, in english, and very easy to understand. You DO NOT need any help to register to the DV lottery. Moreover, if USAGC wasn't a scam, their agents wouldn't watch out for complaints about them on anti-scam websites. Please not that they answered you only 6 days after you published your message. It means they are very active on the internet and are waiting for people like you to share their bad experiences. My cousin has also been scammed by them until he realized it was totally free.

Please consult this Fraud Warning alert published by the American Government : http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/types/types_1749.html

Make sure to check out the FAQ. It will help you recognize fraudulent DV lottery websites like USAGC.

    Take care.

  • Hello Willem.
I used to work for 1 week at USAGC and i quit when realized that it is a scam, I just couldn't take money from hard working people for something that they can do completely for FREE! actually USAGC office is located in Houston, TX, but there are no workers in that office... it is part of the scam ... all the business are made from Tel-Aviv, Israel. Where the telemarketing center is located, in that telemarketing center work people that came to Israel from all around the world and speak different languages (there are Russian, Spanish, French, Arabic and English divisions). Once you give them your credit card, they'll do anything for not giving you a refund. I suggest you to contact your credit card and ask them to cancel the deal
