Stupid me, as I filled out the online form for my "free sample" paying £2.50 for P&P something told me it was a scam. So I immediately researched and found what everyone here knows, and that they do not make it clear about returns. So the day after it arrived, on the 3rd of April 2012. Not finding any details about returns at all on the website I ordered the trial from, I packed it all up, using the return address provided and wrote on the slip inside that the product was "un- wanted and unused" and sent via the post office, Registered, Recorded, Sign for Next day delivery. Today the 10th of April £74.95 was taken from my account and when I called them to tell them, I was told they have no record of receipt!! Because I lost the receipt from the post office, I am now asking the Postal service to track it and get back to me. But even with the receipt of postage, I am afraid the company will claim they have not received it as I didn't call prior to get their "return number"!!!!
